This shelf-stable boxed set includes our signature wax-dipped Summer Sausage, a trio of Pepperettes—petite packets of smoked pork sticks and a jar of grainy Edmond Fallot mustard. Pepperettes come three to a pack and are about 2 oz. total. The Summer Sausage: Our take on the classic American summer sausage that is tangy and mildly spiced with mustard and garlic and wax dipped. The Flaco Paco Pepperettes: a Spanish inspired travel snack that is a proud 2015, Good Food Award Winner! Perfectly smoked and flavored with paprika and garlic. Petite Pierre Pepperettes: This French Inspired smoked pork stick is flavored with juniper and sea salt. Kleine Schweine Pepperettes: German inspired and flavored with caraway and coriander.
